We sometimes send surveys to request feedback on our services. These are always optional and help us understand user satisfaction and service effectiveness. We rely on Legitimate Interest to process your personal data when sending surveys.
Who sees your personal information and why
We do not share or sell your personal details with any third parties unless we have your consent to do so. However, we do use third party processors to deliver services to you. The system used to process your information relating to Skywise is provided by Mixd, based in the UK, and they have routine access to your information to provide services to us.
We use the Institute of Customer Service to deliver optional surveys and feedback requests. They only deliver this service under our direct instruction and do not store your personal details.
How long we keep your personal information and why
We retain your personal information for the duration of our relationship with you.
Your individual rights
You can manage your subscription at any time or unsubscribe from SkyWise to stop receiving notifications which will delete your account from our system.
