Updated Atypical Air Environment policy concept published

The CAA has published the fourth edition of CAP 3040: Unmanned Aircraft Operations in an Atypical Air Environment: Policy Concept.

The new edition includes minor corrections and introduces a pathway for eligible operators seeking to conduct equivalent operations across multiple sites.

Operators conducting, or planning to conduct, beyond visual line of sight operations within an Atypical Air Environment should review the updated publication.
