SRG1411A Issue 9 and SRG1411B Issue 10 have been published on the CAA Website

Form SRG1411A Application for the Issue of an ATCO Licence and form SRG1411B Application for the inclusion, renewal or cancellation of Unit Endorsements in an ATCO Licence

Both forms have been amended to include the requirement to enter the date when the applicant commenced unit training, and the attached guidance notes now indicate that for an initial unit endorsement it may not always necessary for a CAA Inspector ATS to be present, subject to authorisation.
