Royal Ascot Heliport 2026 Pilot Briefings

FreshAir UK Ltd will be holding two Royal Ascot Heliport 2026 pilot briefing sessions.

Pilot Briefings will be held via Zoom video on 29th May 2026 & 12th June 2026 at 14:00. Pilot Instructions will be available for download or via email post-brief.

All pilots must be briefed. Third-party briefings are acceptable for the commercial pilots of a Part-CAT or Part-NCC operator, when given by a senior pilot, in the same operation, that has attended one of the 2026 briefing sessions.

All Part-NCO pilots must attend one of the Zoom briefing sessions and are not eligible for third-party briefings. Operations personnel are welcome to attend.
