Proposal to regulate Ground Handling

There are global regulatory changes being driven by ICAO Aerodrome Design & Operations Panel (ADOP) supported by the Ground Handling Task Force (GHTF) that has developed proposed Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) for ground handling, applicable November 2027.

Given the global regulatory changes to ground handling, the CAA believes that now is the right time to consult with industry.
