NWTC Effectiveness Review Published

The CAA has published its report reviewing the effectiveness of the North West Transit Corridor (NWTC), introduced on 20 February 2025 to replace the Manchester Low-Level Route (MLLR).

The report evaluates the change against its original objectives, including safety, accessibility, airspace simplification, airspace infringement reduction and compliance with airspace policy. A 28-day feedback period is now open to allow stakeholders additional time during the school holiday period. Responses should be submitted by to [email protected] by 21 September 2026.
