New edition of the National Private Pilot’s Licence requirements (CAP3181)

A new edition of CAP3181 has been published. It sets out the requirements for obtaining a National Private Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes), including credits that can be transferred from other licences. It also includes information on additional ratings, including the Instrument Meteorological Conditions Rating.
