New application process for ROCC holders & examiners

The CAA is introducing a new online licensing service, Manage Personnel Licences, which will enable customers to view their own licensing records and submit and track applications. 

This new service will be rolled out for Radio Operator’s Certificate of Competence (ROCC) holders and examiners on Monday 30 March 2026 and will replace the current paper-based application process.

Once launched, all ROCC exam results and applications must be submitted through the digital service. 

User guides and videos will be available on the CAA website at launch.
