Manage Personnel Licences Service: Launch of Unit Accounts for Air Navigation Service Providers

The CAA has expanded the Manage Personnel Licences Service, introducing Organisation Accounts for Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs). This first phase allows ANSPs to view their students’ and trainees’ licence records, apply for licences and certificates on their behalf, and track application progress.

All applications for a Student Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) licence must now be made via the Manage Personnel Licences Service. Form SRG1421 can no longer be used for these applications.

A further release is planned for late September 2026, which will introduce the ability to add ratings to Student ATCO licences through the online service.
