Issue 10 of form SRG1411A Application for the Initial Issue of an Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) Licence has now been published on the CAA website.

Issue 10 contains additional tick boxes in section 2 to indicate who will be carrying out the unit endorsement assessment. ANSPs are to ensure that they use the latest version of the form.
