Heathrow Airport: Outcome Based Regulation Mid-Term Review – Decision

We have published our Decision on the mid-term review of the Outcome Based Regulation scheme for Heathrow Airport Limited and we have set out the modifications to be made to Heathrow’s licence. These modifications will take effect for the remainder of the H7 price control period (2026).
