Have your say – test our new Licensing Hub
We are currently working to improve the information architecture of the CAA website, with a focus on Licensing.
We’re looking for licensing applicants — for example, pilots and air traffic controllers — to take part in a user research session where you’ll review our proposed licensing pages. Your feedback will directly help us make the Licensing Hub easier to navigate, clearer to understand, and quicker to use.
Session details:
When: Thursday 7 May – Wednesday 13 May 2026 👉 Click to book a session
Duration: 1 hour
Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
What’s involved:
- Walking through key licensing‑related tasks
- Sharing your opinions — no technical or regulatory expertise required
- A computer and mouse: Tree‑testing involves selecting and navigating lists, which is more difficult on phones or tablets.
- A willingness to think aloud: Hearing your thought process helps us understand how the website supports (or gets in the way of) your journey.
Your insights will help ensure the new Licensing Hub is intuitive and genuinely useful to the people who rely on it most.
