We’re extending our user research sessions until Monday and still need a small number of Student Air Traffic Controllers (individual applicants only) to help test our new online Student ATCO licence application.

Please note there will be future research sessions to gather feedback from unit representatives who apply on behalf of people in their organisation.
What’s involved:
- Walking through the new application process and completing specific tasks
- Sharing your open opinions on the new application experience (no technical or regulatory expertise required)
- A willingness to think aloud: Hearing your thought process helps us to understand how the service works for real users.
