Delayed applicability of Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROASS) requirement 26.205(a)
A general exemption to UK Regulation (EU) 2015/640, Annex I (UK Part 26) paragraph 26.205(a) in relation to the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS) equipment has been issued by means of an ORS 4 publication. It extends the requirement for aircraft specified in 26.205(a) to be equipped with ROAAS from 1st January 2026 to 30th June 2026.
