Conversion of Class D Compartments
A general exemption to paragraph 26.157(a) of Annex I (UK Part 26) to UK Regulation (EU) 2015/640 relating to the conversion of Class D compartments has been issued as an ORS4 publication.
The exemption applies to UK owners, operators and CAMOs of affected aircraft where the identified Type Certificate Holders have not provided the design and certification data required to support the conversion of Class D cargo or baggage compartments to comply with the certification specification applicable to Class C compartments.
