Consultation on Steer’s assessment of H7 capital efficiency

As set out in our Initial Proposals for the H8 price control, published in March 2026, today we publish Steer’s independent ex post assessment of H7 capital efficiency. We invite stakeholders’ representations on this key component of our ex post review of HAL’s H7 capital efficiency, which we will take into consideration in our final proposals for the H8 price control.
