Consultation on CAA Exemptions Policy

We are consulting on a CAA exemptions policy that supports the proposed Basic Regulation Article 71 amendment (UK Regulation (EU) 2018/1139).

The policy sets out the basis on which we will issue an exemption.

We invite stakeholders to give us their views.
