CHIRP GA FEEDBACK Edition 103 welcomes two new faces to CHIRP: Nicky Smith, Director Aviation and Bill Dean Deputy Director Aviation.

Edition 103 includes 7 recent reports with themes varying from thoughts on accommodating limitations in air traffic services to how a poor attitude in aviation has the potential for serious consequences.
