CAP 1616 airspace change process consultation launch

We’re inviting views on proposed changes to CAP 1616 — the airspace change process.

With the establishment of the UK Airspace Design Service (UKADS), we’re reviewing the airspace change process to ensure it enables the UKADS provider to deliver changes effectively. This is also an opportunity to look more broadly at the process and identify ways it can be streamlined, while continuing to ensure that changes remain safe, transparent, and proportionate.
