CAA response to DBT competition consultation

We published today CAP3230 containing our response on the reforms relevant to the CAA as a concurrent competition regulator included in the Department for Business & Trade’s consultation “Refining our competition regime”. Among other things, we make the case for the expansion of the CAA’s current concurrent competition jurisdiction.
