CAA publishes Review of Letters of Agreement that create non-compliant airspace design

In order to address some non-compliances in the current airspace design, the CAA has published a Review of Letters of Agreement that create non-compliant airspace design (CAP3096).

CAP3096 provides an explanation to Air Navigation Service Providers, aerodrome operators and airspace users, as to why they must facilitate a review, and guidance as to how they may update, certain Letters of Agreement (LoAs).
