CAA Customer Portal Upgrade
The CAA customer portal is being updated with a new look and feel and improved accessibility for users to register and access CAA services. https://portal.caa.co.uk
The new service will be available approximately 22:00 BST on the 20th October 2025 and users will be automatically directed to the new system and login with their current details.
Existing users will still find access to their current services from the View and apply option on the right-hand side when they sign in. Updated documentation on using the customer portal can be found in CAP 1902.
