Article 71 of Basic Regulation Consultation

The CAA is consulting on a potential amendment to Article 71 of UK Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 (the UK Basic Regulation), on flexibility provisions, to widen its scope and align more with the similar provision in the Air Navigation Order (2016).
