Administrative updates: Airspace Change Process and Guidance for Permanent Airspace Change Proposals

We’ve published updated versions of CAP 1616 Airspace Change Process (version 5.1) and CAP 1616f Guidance on Airspace Change Process for Permanent Airspace Change Proposals (version 1.1). 

These updates are administrative only, correcting typographical errors and clarifying wording. There are no changes to the technical content.
