ACOMS Required for Airspace Submissions

From 01 April 2026, the Airspace Co-ordination and Obstacle Management System (ACOMS) will become the exclusive platform for submitting all Unusual Aerial Activity (UAA) applications.

To help ensure a smooth transition, please note that applications sent by email, legacy forms, or any other routes will no longer be accepted. Using ACOMS will help maintain consistency, compliance, and clear traceability for all submissions.

We encourage all users to check that they have the appropriate accounts and permissions in place ahead of time, so there are no delays or disruptions to operational activities. Read the ACOMS Portal Registration User Guide for more information.
