CAA Medical System Performance and User Satisfaction Survey 

The UK Civil Aviation Authority is reviewing the systems and processes that support its Aeromedical Service and would like your feedback.

Tell us about your experience of applying for and managing your medical certification, including finding information, completing applications, submitting supporting documents, and receiving certification. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

All responses are anonymised and will be used solely for internal analysis to help improve the service and reduce administrative burden.
