The new Civil Aviation Authority website
On 9 June, we launched a new UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) website. This marks the first step in a wider programme to improve how we support and engage with our customers online.
The CAA website is one of our most important digital services. It’s where people come to understand our role, manage professional licences, find regulatory guidance and access essential aviation information.
We have upgraded the website to make it clearer, easier to use and better aligned with the needs of the people who rely on it.
