Fatigue continues to be one of the most common concerns raised to the CHIRP Cabin Crew programme and features throughout this edition of Cabin Crew FEEDBACK.
Many of the reports reflect the reality that duties can remain within regulatory limits whilst still leaving crew feeling physically and mentally drained.
Alongside fatigue, themes of operational pressure, communication, teamwork and the challenge of speaking up continue to emerge. The reports in this edition reinforce the importance of continued safety reporting and of creating environments where crew feel able to raise concerns openly, both internally and to CHIRP.
