NR28 Draft Method Statement

We have published our draft method statement for the NR28 price control review programme (CAP3190). This sets out our approach to setting price controls for NR28, taking account of lessons learnt from the NR23 process and stakeholder feedback. It also includes business planning guidance for NERL.
