Consultation regarding the change to UK Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 – Safety Risk Assessment of flying over or near a conflict zone

The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on the proposal to update the UK Regulation (EU) 965/2012 (Air Operations) in accordance with the adoption of amendment 44 to Annex 6, Part 1, International Commercial Air Transport – Aeroplanes.

Also to understand the financial impact of the requirement.
