Reminder: Department for Transport targeted stakeholder consultation: Views on the Civil Aviation Safety Regulatory Framework

The Department for Transport is running a consultation to gather views from stakeholders on the aviation safety regulatory framework and potential options for reform. 

A wide range of stakeholders will be interested in the important issues presented in this document and the related consultation. Responses are welcome from all stakeholders who are regulated under aviation safety legislation, including Licensed Aerodromes and Ground Handling Service Providers.   

This consultation opened on 20 June for 5 weeks and will close on 25 July.

They are inviting stakeholders to provide responses to the questions set out, share their views on potential future approaches to aviation safety regulation, and/or to provide views on any issue relevant to the effective operation of the UK’s framework for aviation safety regulation.
