COVID-19 Exemption: Amending Class Rating revalidation requirements

This exemption is applicable to all holders of a UK CAA issued EASA pilot licence with a SEP or TMG class rating.

ORS4 No. 1416 allows flexibility on the flight experience required to revalidate the class rating due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
